Specimen of cloth for category A items may be collected at the Headquarters of The Mauritius Post Ltd during office hours.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes marked “Supply of Uniforms for Year 2025 & 2026” as applicable should be deposited in the Tender Box at The Mauritius Post Ltd, 1, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis 11328, at latest by 4 November 2024 by 13:00 hours local time.
Offers received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
Potential tenderers may bid for any or all three categories of uniforms.
The MAURITIUS POST LTD reserves the right to split the tender or to accept or reject any tender or all tenders, and to annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to award of the contract without thereby incurring any liability to any Tenderer, or any obligation to inform any tenderer on the grounds for the company’s actions.
