The Mauritius Post Ltd is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius for the Design and Build/Turnkey Contract for the Refurbishment and Renovation of the Mauritius Post Ltd Building at Pailles.

Bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MUR 5,000 by calling at Mauritius Post Ltd, 1, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis as from Wednesday 02 october 2024 as from 15.00 hrs.

A Pre-Bid meeting and Site Visit is being scheduled on Friday 11 October 2024 at 14 30 hrs on site.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of MUR 500,000 and must be delivered to Mauritius Post Ltd at latest on 15 November 2024, by13.00 hrs on the following address:The Mauritius Post Ltd,1, Sir William Newton Street Port Louis.

The Mauritius Post Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
