Procedures

Application letter must be sent to:

Documents to be produced:
a)   Personal
     •   Letter of Application;
     •   Photocopy of NIC of Applicant;

b)   Association / Club
     •   Letter of Application;
     •   Photocopy of Rules and Regulations of the Association;
     •   Photocopy of Name and address of office bearers (relevant minutes of Proceedings)
     •   Photocopy of Certificate of registration;
     •   Photocopy of NIC of President and Secretary;
     •   Seal of Association on all documents produced;

c)   Company
     •   Letter of application from the Director;
     •   Photocopy of Memorandum of Association / Certified copies of application form for Incorporation;
     •   Photocopy of Business Registration Card;
     •   Photocopy of NIC of Director;
     •   Seal of Company on all documents produced;

Other Information

In case of change of name of company, the Director should produce a photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation on change of name and documents to be produced are:

• Photocopy of Business Registration Card;
• Photocopy of NIC of Director;

The conditions governing the hiring and delivery service through Post Office boxes should be read, accepted and complied with by the hirer.

Charges
- Deposit: Rs 700

- Yearly Rental Fee:
     Rs 700 for Small Box: 44 x 17 x 16 Size (cm)
     Rs 1000 for Large Box: 44 x 30 x 20 Size (cm)
     Rs 400 for change of lock
